Gladys J. Wampler, 84, of Englewood, died Monday, March 8, 2010, at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home.

She was a daughter of the late Lonnie and Hattie Johnson Wampler. She attended Mars Hill United Methodist Church and was a native and lifelong resident of Englewood.

Survivors include several cousins and a special friend, Pansy Corvin, of Englewood.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday in the North Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at Mars Hill Cemetery at 10 a.m. Wednesday for the committal service.
