Center has answers to fitness goals
ETOWAH - A new year has begun and we are able to start fresh with new goals and objectives. Many of us are thinking about our health and how to improve it. We want to become more fit, so we are thinking about starting a new exercise and diet program to get our body and spirits in shape. The Etowah Area Senior Center has some answers to those goals. |

We are glad to report good news from two of our special people who have recently had to cope with these issues. Donna Janzen and Jim Ruthem are recovering really well. Both have had surgery. |
