If this was 1904, the tour group from the McMinn Senior Activity Center in Athens might have been going to The Worlds Fair in St. Louis to enjoy such culinary firsts as ice cream in a cone, hot dogs on a bun, iced tea, peanut butter or Jell-O. But since it is 2008, they had to just visit the sights of this century. On the way they stopped at Patti's 1800s Settlement, a great place to eat lunch and do a little shopping.
